      10 minutes on each side for a 1 inch chop…more if thicker

      once there's no more pink inside…. usually 20 minutes depending on how thick the meat is.

      i guess it would depend on how big it was and how hot your grill is. You should defiantly make sure it wasn't pink anymore though.

      1 hour on low wraped in foil and poked with holes, turning constantly

      Get a thermometer and take out the guesswork, but on average 20 minutes a pound at 375 (if your coals are that hot and the cut is average)
