San Miguel Light - the 5% kind - has 98 calories per bottle.
In general:
Regular: 9-15 g carbs. 145 calories
Light: 7-12 g carbs 88-110 calories
Low Carb: >7 g carbs 88-110 calories
The same amount of white wine has about 220 calories. Red wine is about 230 calories. I’m estimating 2.5 glasses of wine equal one bottle of beer (12 ounces.)
I’d suggest finding a drink you really like, and drinking less of it. Sipping something delicious throughout the evening, even if that one glass has a lot of calories, will be better then chugging several lower calorie drinks.
