      If it is being boiled, you need to determine what the latent heat of vaporization of the sea water is. Also figure out the initial state… is it subcooled? Then determine the energy to heat it to boiling at the given pressure.
      Also It seems like you have conflicting info…
      a) for power, you require a mass rate, not just a mass
      b) The obvious answer if the time to heat it is instant is infinite power… is this a trick question?
