How much damage would it do to eat candy the whole week of halloween?

September 24th, 2008 · 4 Comments

Im in shape, I eat healthy all year long & work out 3-5 days a week..

But..its driving me crazy to see candy corn (my weakness) everywhere..I want some soo bad. How much damage would it do if I binge on candy the whole week of halloween? All I like is candy corn, so I know after a week, I will feel sugar sick and never want to eat sugar again (until next year lol :D ) but I dont want to get fat, would a week of eating them be super bad if I keep working out and eating my normal healthy food?

Also..I know candy corn is pretty much a blob of sugar, but if they can make sugar free sugar, surely they can make sugar free candy corn right? Do they make that?

You would begin to have problems digesting and sleeping, since candy is almost all sugar and non-dietary foods. I’ve never done it, but I have done a day off of only candy and at night I didn’t feel good at all. I had stomach cramps and felt nauseated.

You can try it, but I wouldn’t suggest it.

Its going to make you extremely sick and add some extra pounds to you. All of the sugars are going to turn into fat. My sugggestion….Eat maybe a few but dont go to the store and buy an entire bag for yourself. Another suggestion…dont buy any candy until halloween when you’re going to hand it out.

sugar free candy corn? you have to be careful about that. carbs are sugars and turn into sugars after they enter your body. Sugars aren’t the only thing you should be avoiding to get healthy!

well if you kept up your normal healthy life while eating the candy then i think you would be fine, but then there’s the chance you get addicted and just go crazy and eat it all the time. but ehh, you don’t get anything good out of eating candy so why do it?

Just have some of that candy with moderation. Don’t eat it ALL week. I can say this though…If your body is used to eating nothing but healthy foods.. It might give you an upset stomach earlier than you think… I’m sure it won’t be that bad… Life is too short to be worried about things like this. Some people don’t even have the option to eat any type of candy wether it’s health or financial reasons. Good Luck.
