Nothing. Ari had a meatball sandwich for lunch and it’s sitting in his stomach like a brick. The thought of pasta is making Ari sick. He thinks maybe the meatballs were bad. He also thinks he’ll be lucky if he doesn’t spend the next 48 hours sitting on the toilet.
