how much NATURAL (fruits, etc.) is too much for one day?

i stay away from table sugar but i would like to burn more fat and gain muscle. i work out regularly as i work at golds gym and eat tons of protein and everything i need to, to gain muscle and reduce body fat. however since i dont believe in energy drinks, i tend to crave fruit and natural sugar for energy… i think its effecting my fat loss though cuz i mostly burn carbs… how much natural sugar should you consume a day and what can i do to improve my energy?

You should give your self a reward. Like on sunday if you want to eat some chocolate GO AHEAD. Reward yourself and then go back to work mon-sat. That should really lower your cravings.
