IF YOU KNOW IT'S NOT HEALTHY, DON'T DO IT!! You'll be really sick and unable to keep up with the navy if all you eat are fruits and vegetables… You're body will be able to work harder if you eat protein, carbs, fruits, veggies, and water…Just exercise a reasonable amount, eat well, take vitamins, and have 5-6 small meals a day…no junkie stuff and all whole grains, no modified sugars, either.

Join a gym now too. Also, no dairy, no cake, no cookies, no pies, no dogtrot frozen or regular, no cheese for a month. Eat only two slices of bread a week, no starches otherwise. take some vitamins with your food. NO coffee or regular tea, which both slope down the metabolism. You want to stared to do some running, lightly, to burn more calories too. Daily input should be no More than 1200 calories. Fruit and veggies good, No tropical fruit, no dried fruit, NO other starches like potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. Limit peas and beans to twice a week two. Seeds too limit, nothing fried at all…NO nuts, because they have a whopper amount of calories…
Note corn is NOT a vegetable, but a grain. Eliminate these now. No breads, rolls, cake pudding pies,
