I need a factual answer, such as # of bottles a year/month or however many litters a year/month, etc. It could be collective, such as the whole of UK (but prefer London precisely). Anything helps, really. Thanks!

The lastest reliable figures put the UK as the world's 5th largest wine consumers drinking 27 litres per person per year. The largest supplier to the UK was Australia followed by the US.
The average of 27 litres per year would be higher in London as it being the Capital city and cultural centre would have a higher earnings ratio with more money being spent on the finer things in life with wine and quality wine being high on that list.
