I have 5(2 males 3 females bought them about a month ago) platy and 3(2 males 1 female about 3 weeks ago) guppies.I know my one female guppy is pregnant and my 3 other female platy im not so sure.I have one platy that is always being chased around by 2 males, one that is being left alone but is really fat(shes all black)and one that is only being chased by one of my male guppies.I know i dont have the right amount of females for the males i have but i will soon change that when i get a bigger tank. And one day(about 2 days ago) I found 2 little fry swimming in my tank.(im not gonna be useing a breeder net because i do not want to have over stocked tank becuase i only have a 14 gallon tank)They seem to be hiding really well but im not sure if there are more than just two.I dont know if they are guppy fry or platy fry..or they could be mixed but not sure.I have no idea who the mom was and how old they are.
The fry are an orange, brownish color and are really small about 1/2 a centimeter long.
Can you tell how old they are?
Can you tell if they are platy or guppy fry?
Sorry i dont have a picture.

Hard to tell age without seeing them, but I’d say at 1/2 a cm they’re probably about 1 1/2 weeks old. As for platy or guppy, depends on what color your guppies are. I’d tend to guess the fry are platy fry because guppy fry tend to be grey.
