How on Earth do you get that sugar-candy stuff out of a carpet? It's that candy-art stuff, pure colored sugar!

I need this info ASAP!!!!!!!!! My daughter decided to try to clean it up herself but only made it set INTO the carpet. THEN she told me aboout the incident!! It's a beige-colored carpet & the sugar is a bluish-green color! Damn kid!! lol
Yes, I tried a vaccuum! It is already set in! She used a damp rag on it!

      Hot boiling water to thoroughly dissolve & dilute the sugar …. should do the trick …..MAD SCIENCE !!!!!!
