I love to cook my pork chops on the stove top in a little oil and I dip them in egg then a bowl that has bread crumbs, a little pepper, garlic powder, & a little parmasain cheese then fry them on mediem heat and keep turning them untill cooked

I like to use seasoning salt and a little bit of vegetable oil. I fry each side until golden brown or even longer because sometimes I like them a bit crunchy. You will know when they are done. Pork turns white when it is cooked.

to deep fry, salt and pepper them, then dust in flour. Then dip in an egg+milk wash, then back into seasoned flour. Then drop into 2-3" of hot (360ºF) oil, frying until golden brown.
if you mean pan-fry, season them up w/ S&P, and I like to add a little onion or garlic powder and paprika as well…. put a Tbsp or less of oil in a skillet, heat it up, then lay pork chops in. Leave them along while they cook. Whenthey release themselves, flip once. Leave them along again. When done, remove from pan.
If you like, you can make a little pan gravy to go w/ them… add a splash of white wine, chicken stock, or water to the skillet, and scrape up the cooked-on bits… bring to a boil, add a couple tsp. of butter, whisk in, then pour sauce over chops.

I like to put just enough oil in the pan (light olive oil) so they won't stick; add sliced onions, a little salt and pepper (your onions will add some salt so don't overdo it and you can always add more later), a little water (like 3 tablespoons or so), cover and cook for about twenty minutes total. You have to turn them once or twice and make sure the water doesn't evaporate. The onions will make it watery too. If you get really thick chops, you will need to cook them longer. They are done when you cut them and they are no longer pink. When you cook them this way they are very tender. I used to dip them in flour but it just doesn't seem to add that much to it. Sometimes I will use a little lemon pepper or lemon-lime pepper in place of the salt and pepper.
