how the hell do i make a fruit smoothie
mom says no energy drinks
so she bot me this strange powder stuff that has vitamins and what not, and its orange flavored. personally, i dont want to drink the stuff straight. I have
Bananas
strawberries
blueberries
and sum other stuff i dont like
lol
so, and mixing help, id like it to actualy taste like the fruits. no ive cream involved please, its a breakfast smoothie

A fruit smoothie is very simple to make, all you need a whatever fruit you want to use, yogurt and crushed ice. mix everything up in a blender and there you go….nice healthy fruit smoothie, no “ice cream” involved!

I like to freeze my fruit first and then use milk, that way the ice doesn’t water down the smoothie. If you like it sweeter, you can add some sugar or sweetener and maybe a drop of vanilla. Just blend in blender.

mix the fruit with apple juice… bananas (and peaches) are key to keep it sweet
