Ok so I odnt have olives I do have eggs and yes I wil boil them. I have mustered mayo salt pepper.
What do you do do you mash em all up and mix em to gether and put them on bread
Just made the egg salad sandwich Now to choose the best anser…….

that's exactly what you do, mix everything together and put in on bread and eat, eat,eat, you can add some tuna, or relish, and just enjoy.

Oh, yum. One of my favorites. How you make your depends on how you like it and anything can certainly go.
I like mine with more egg white than yolk, so I might put one whole boiled egg in for every 3 boiled egg whites, I mash that, salt and pepper and add in Miracle Whip and eat on whole wheat bread.

Several ways to do this. One that doesn't require special equipment is to use a large sering fork, a regular one Will work to, or a potato masher works very well. By the way try adding a teaspoon or so of sugar. I love it that way!!! I use 6 eggs, 1 teaspoon sugar, a squirt of mustard, a shake each of salt and pepper and, if you have it, a shake of celery salt. Add Mayo until you have the consistancy you want and enjoy. It's also good with cheese. Sliced cheese or add a 1/4 cup of grated to the mix.

INGREDIENTS
8 eggs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 red onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
In a large bowl, combine the egg, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, paprika, onion and salt and pepper. Mash well with a fork or wooden spoon.
Serve on bread as a sandwich or over crisp lettuce as a salad.
