I tried many times but failed miserably. What is the simplest, easiest possible stir fry you can recommend for a cooking begginer?
The answer with least needed ingridients wins (i’m on a budget)

There are some stir fry at the store where all you do is add shrimp or chicken.

I have 3 kids and i’m also on a budget. this is how I make mine:
1-2 lbs of selected meat (chicken, beef, shrimp) cooked.
frozen stir-fry veggies (wal-mart has them for about 2 bucks a bag)
rice or noodles cooked
SAUCE:
1/3c soy sauce
1 can chicken or beef broth
1 tbsp honey (melted in microwave)
1 tbsp brown sugar
lemon/lime juice
minced garlic
flour
mix everything but the flour together in a bowl. add cooked meat to cooked veggies (follow instructions on package) in skillet and pour sauce over top. sprinkle with flour until desired thickness reached (1 tsp at a time). let cook for 1-2 mins then serve over rice

SI’mple. im making it tonight actually.
you need:
-chicken (sliced thin)
-assorted vegetables (cabbage, carrot, broccoli, snow peas, zucchini etc.)
rice (I’m guessing you know how to cook rice =] )
-Soy Sauce OR Katchap Manis
-ginger.
Cut the vegetables in to small pieces roughly the same size.
grate ginger in a bowl and mix with soy sauce and water put the chicken pieces in here to marinate. (about 30-60mins)
cook chicken pieces until white then add vegetables (longest cooking ones first) and stir in the left over marinae sauce.
easy.
ENJOY

its really easy and healthy
you just get some of your favourite veges like carrots, celery, broccoli, zucchini and cut them into strips
if you like you can add meat, i like to use pork
then you just fry it on the frying pan with a tiny bit of oil and some soy sauce. doesn’t take long, to make it even nicer you can boil some noodles or pasta and mix it in
yummy

This is my poor mans stirfry.. It could feed 6 people with leftovers
1) Take a pound of ground beef and fry it seasoned with salt, pepper, five-spice, worcheshire and soy sauce to flavour. make sure the beef is cooked and crumbled.
2) Add your vegetables (pre-packaged frozen stir fry vegetable mix, onions, etc) and cook covered for a few minutes so they are thawed a little in the meat.
3) take 4-6 packages of ramen noodles (no flavour packs) and break them up over the veggies in meat. Add a little water and soy and spices and cover. keep checking and stirring every few minutes and adding water and soy is need be. You do not want a soup but you don’t want to evaporate all the moisture.
4) When noodles are of the proper softness the vegetables should be done so remove pan from heat, let sit a few minutes, then enjoy. if you want more flavour, add a single unused ramen noodle flavour pack.
