How well does Swiss substitute for Jarlsberg cheese in a quiche?

There is a recipe I would like to make for Thanksgiving this year, but Jarlsberg is not an easy cheese to find where I live.

    It's a perfect substitute.

Emmentaler would be another good choice if you were staying with the swiss like theme

Swiss is actually preferable for quiche. Don’t worry about Jarlsberg. By the way, save a piece for me!
