i am craving french fries everyday, is there a food that is salty that i can eat that is healthier?

      Well, too much salt really is not good for you. It will just make you retain water and feel thirsty all the time. Try popcorn!

      If you have this much of a craving for salt, you should get your potassium and sodium levels checked out. Try drinking something like gatorade until then as it is high in sodium and not as detrimental to your health or waist line.

      true, too much salt is not good for you at all. nuts are a good alternative but if you eat them like you could possibly eat french fries, then you will eat way too many calories as they are nutritious but high in fat (good fat) and calories. baked chips, maybe? or fat free chips?

      well actuallyeating a lot of salt is not very good for your cholesterol, but try putting salt but try putting salt on fruit like oranges, tthat’shealthy.
