I am on a Power 90 program, but I live with my Grandpa in the summer, who only eats pasta and carbs. Help me!?
I currently eat chricken, tuna, fruits, grains, salads, protein snacks like peanut butter and nuts. I only bought the Power 90 DVDs from Amazon, not the whole program with the diet book from Beachbody, so I'll make my own diet until I buy the whole P90x program when I am advanced enough. My grandfather does not have any of these foods in his home. He only eats pasta, lots of bread, and greasy sandwiches, which have caused him many health problems. He lives with a housekeeper, who cooks for him and she and my grandpa would get mad if I asked them to make those foods for me. I do not want to cause any problems with these people, so what should I do? Also, if I find a way to pick my own foods there, do you have any suggestions for my diet? Also, I come home from his house around 5 when I work out, which is after his early dinner of pasta. What should I do? Please answer the whole question.

Get a summer job and buy your own foods. No burden to him, and you get to follow your (albeit stupid) diet.
