soak it with a warm cloth and it will soften up and hopefully you can drain it… sorry

argh! as if you're not uncomfortable enough, huh? i wouldn't mess with it tho, it's an infection. you can put warm damp clothes on it to bring to surface, and it may pop on its own… or you can put a little milk on bread as a natural poultice..but best idea? run don't walk to your dr's office… i'd hate to have an infection so near to your baby… hopefully they'd get you in fast, since it's an easy fix and you're so uncomfy… but… anyway…….congrats on the newest member!

Could be an std, like herpes.

The “classic” symptoms that most people associate with genital herpes are sores, vesicles, or ulcers – all of which can also be called “lesions.” (The scientific literature on herpes uses the term “lesion” to describe any break or irregularity in the skin.) These classic lesions of genital herpes often resemble small pimples or blisters that eventually crust over and finally scab like a small cut. These lesions may take anywhere from two to four weeks to heal fully

ok .. i had tons of them in the bigg of my pregnancy ..
go get checked.. you might have a staph infection .. .get it drained.. or if its its small enough .. u can get antibiotics.. but iv had them alot .. and i wondered why .. even just one is a sign of staph which isnt bad to have when your pregnant .. but it can be .. so just set up an appointment . and get it checked tell them if they drain it to test it .. i got keflex antibiotics.. to make them go away .. and well im clean now no more staph !
