Ok, I was at a bar in Lauderdale-by-the-sea (Aruba’s) and they bake this totally amazing Bimini Bread - it’s about 8″ tall, slightly sweet, with some sort of honey glaze on the top. I downloaded a recipe off the net for Bimini Bread but it’s just not right. Does anyone have Aruba’s recipe? Thanks for any help.
