im not looking for the flavor more of the texture i need it to bake well with spinach… and i only have mozzarella balls… lol thanks though unless i can use those?
all i have is mozzarella balls, cream cheese and sour cream.. will any of these work well to be baked with spinach

1/4 cup dry grated mozzarella
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vinegar
That's what I use when I realize either I'm out of Feta, or it's passed it's prime.

Cream cheese doesn't have the flavor or the texture of feta. You might try goat cheese instead, and if you don't have that, depending on your recipe, you might make a run to the store to get some.

if you only have mozzarella, cream cheese and sour cream, i would go for the mozzarella. the others don't a texture close to the feta. and they won't melt like mozza or feta.
