Every woman is different. I noticed after one month, my sister noticed after 1 week. And my best friend didn't feel anything until she was almost 3 months pregnant.
I believe the average is 3-6 weeks. But yes, it would be best to talk to a doctor.
It can take up to a week or more. Some women may not have any symptons, just a missed period. BUt usually 1-2 weeks after implantation some women may notice some symptons like sore boobs, or fatigue. The other symptons may not show up until the missed period. Dizziness, nausea, fatigue, sore boobs, bloating, cramping, moodiness, cravings or food diversions and so forth. But the best way of finding out is taking a test when your period is suppose to arrive. Because all these symptons could be pre menstrual or hormone changes.
This is different for every person… with my first I knew almost immediately after conception; with my second I had no idea - my hubby knew first! Some people are very in tune with changes to their bodies and just "know"…
…on the medical side, hormones begin to be released right away, so you can get a urine or blood test and know very quickly…
For some, it is shortly after implantation (so 10 days) if they know their body and what symptoms to look for, and for others it might be much longer, even weeks. Everyone and every pregnancy is different.
Usually, a woman can start feeling pregnancy symptoms around 5-8 weeks after conception. Symptoms usually include morning sickness, heartburn, extreme fatigue, missed period, acne, or clearer skin, mood swings, and bloating. Not all women will experience the same symptoms and some don't have any of the symptoms, except the missing the period….so, good luck.
I got symptoms about 5 or 6 days after conception (with both of my pregnancies). For most of my friends and myself, the first sign was VERY tender breasts. Mine increased almost a full size and are very painful.
For some women, it can be as early as 6-10 days (with implantation spotting/pain), but this can also just be mistaken for an upcoming period. For others, it can be as late as the first or second month after fertilization, mostly depending on the woman's body size, height and menstrual pattern. For me, physically, it was two weeks after conception, though I knew it in my heart about a week and a half after I conceived.
