If I drink 3 beers and 1 shot of vodka, how will it affect my breast milk?

  DO NOT drink while breastfeeding. Not smart.
  Hard to believe anyone would have to ask this.

  i’ve heard from my prego gf that drinking won’t harm the breast milk, but i would ask a doctor or research it more online

  Uhh, why would you even ask this? You shouldn’t even drink while breastfeeding. It’ll probably do something like, taint your milk or take the nutrients out of it. If you’re going to drink, stick to something non alcoholic. For your babies sake.

  It will affect your breast milk by pouring 6 oz. of alcohol into your bloodstream at once. Do this on a regular basis and you will have a child with many physical problems. You wanted to have a baby, then act like it. It’s called “forced maturity,” and Party Girl days are over.
