In the movie “Freaked” - who is the character that has an accent and says “Dunno..” & “Smells like… cheese”?

Freaked was a movie from the late 90s with Alex Winter from Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure. Or if you know the scene and can find this on youtube or somewhere I’d love to see it again. I think the character was supposed to be a British rock star or something.
