Avocado is a fruit with an egg shaped pit. Any food with seeds of any kind are considered from the fruit family

Technically a fruit as it has a smooth skin and a very large seed called a pit.

Tomatoes and bell peppers are fruits too for the same reason. Smooth skin and seeds.

Fruit. Plus, it’s a healthy fat that’s good for female reproductive organs and it helps control hormones. Avocados should be eaten once a week if you are looking to lose extra baby weight after a pregnancy and to put your hormones back on track.
