Is drinking organic choco milk as good as drinking milk?

is organic choco milk as healty as white milk? Or do I have to drink 2 cups of choco milk to be as healtyas drinking one cup of milk?

      Chocolate milk is probably at least 90% milk. You won't be missing out on much calcium or vitamins for the teaspoons of milk that were replaced with sugar and chocolate.
