      heres the nutrition information in that:

      calories =500
      fat= 31 grams
      saturated fat= 10 grams
      sodium= 920

      i mean i guess its alright if you have it every once in a while as a treat, but don't make it an everyday thing considering they make it in grease and unhealthy oils!

      if you eat that kind of food every breakfast then sorry to to tell you it is too much.

      It is not to much fod if you are not conserened about your health in general. First off I would like to say that that totals about 600 calories not including what ever you have to drink and if you had a hash brown! That is alot if you dont do anything with calories. You would be just as full, and healthier if you ate a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, and if that is not enough a banana or some other fruit. Honestly if you are conserned about your heath I would suggest not eating at McDonalds.

      If you are trying to watch your weight, then that is one of the worst things you can eat. Almost any breakfast meat is bad for you because it's usually a pork product.

      Stick to eggs (no cheese), and if you really want meat then try a small lean steak. Instead of a bagel, make some steel cut oats. Now you are talking about a good healthy breakfast. Oh, and avoid salt if possible.

      no that is not too much
      i mean in quantity
      but it has too many calories
      sausages and muffins are very fatty
      eat them only once in a while
      u should eat a substantial breakfast but healthy food
