i normally eat a fruit for breakfast, a fruit for lunch, and sometimes i eat 2 fruits for dinner.
all in one day!
but i include this into my daily amount, so is it okay?
i know fruits have a lot of natural sugars, but it is still healthy, right? i just love fruit so much.
and i do eat healthy otherwise. with veggies, grains, whole wheat, everything. im just wondering
thank youu (:

I don’t think so. If your eating junk food then yes, but I don’t see anything wrong with fruits.

No, eating fruit is apart of maintaining a good diet.
Great Job!

You can have too much fruit in your diet I suppose, but you’d have to do it on purpose.
I wouldn’t be concerned with eating too much fruit, unless maybe if it’s causing you to avoid vegetables.

As long as you don’t forget the other categories, definitely!
I did hear though that fruits and veggies have a lot of fiber so you may be going to the bathroom more often. Other than that, of course.
