Is half boiled egg safe during pregnancy?

Hi, I am six month two weeks pregnant. Just wondering is half boiled egg safe during pregnancy?does it contain any germs?I just took one this morning, i am worried will it have any effect to my baby?
I am actually referring to soft boiled. about 50% cooked.

      If it was cooked all the way through and hadn't gone bad, it's fine. Raw, or undercooked, it could be bad.

      are you talking about half of a hard boiled egg or a soft boiled egg?

      a hard boiled egg should be ok. the heat from the water cooked the egg and killed off the bacteria. basically the same as scrambled eggs or an omelet

      I'm not to sure about a soft boiled egg.
