Ive been trying to lose a small amount of wait + tone
i run 6 days a week for 25 minutes each day and only drink water
for breakfast i eat a bowl of cereal for dinner i have a bowl of wanton soup
i allow myself 2 snacks during the day (an apple and a peanut butter sandwich)
but for lunch everyday i have indian food (im in love with naan)
everyday i have 1 naan + 1 devetable dish (relatively small) +a bean curry which i usualy use about 1/2 of
im wondering if this could be detrimental to my overal diet as ive heard bad thngs about indian food
what do u guys think?
