All I have is Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa, not regular. Have you ever used this in chocolate chip cookies? Is it good? I like dark chocolate, so that's not an issue.
Oh, here's the recipe I am using:
Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies:

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

Yes! It will just have a darker flavor. I assume you are talking about dutch process cocoa powder. Dutch process and regular can be used in place of each other.
