This has always confused me as it is full of sugar. Im trying to lose weight so i snack on fruit during the day, i have an apple, a pear, a banana and a handful of white grapes every day. The weight just isnt shifting! I eat muesli with natural yoghurt for breakfast, wholemeal bread sandwiches for lunch with a low fat filling, and for dinner i usually have something with a salad. Im wondering if the sugar content in all the fruit im eating is stopping my weight loss?
I walk on average 10 miles a week

are you doing cardio and toning exercises 5 or 6 days a week or not??fructose or fruit sugar is actually a simple carb compared to complex carb thats found in rice, pastries and noodles…fruit sugar is easily burnt off and NEVER hinders fat loss

you are having very sweet fruit. instead have peaches and all kinds of berries, which are great.
