him getting the shot will not cause you harm nor the baby but if he gets the chicken pox that can cause harm to the baby NOT THE SHOT !

I'm having a little trouble understanding your question. If your SON gets the shot, it will not harm YOUR unborn baby. He's the one getting the shot, not you. He will possibly have some mild chicken-pox-like symptoms, but even that won't cause any harm. Even if he actually develops full-blown chicken pox (small chance), as long as you are already immune, then there's no threat.

if the doc said that it’s safe than i would just listen to him, or her
they have the experience. they wouldn’t give you anything that would hurt the unborn baby. so i think you are fine.

Unless the people who told you you shouldn’t get it are doctors, you should listen to your doctor and ignore them. It is safe for your son to get the shot because you have already had chicken pox.

How is your son getting the shot effect you? I don't understand.

My daughter had to get her re-done a few months(thanks to the health department stating the wrong fridge temp ) when i was about 6 months pregnant with my son, and it didn't affect me or him and i can't see how it would.

If your thinking that your son will get the chicken pox after getting the shot, he won't. the shot is to PREVENT him from getting the Chicken pox.

Since you already had the chicken pox, it should be fine.
