Have you tried the washing machine?

Put Shout on the stain before you put it in the washer (you can buy it at the supermarket or target or wherever). Let it soak in for a little and then wash the shirt like you normally would.

Soak in hot water with detergent in it.
      Chocolate should melt away.
      Best wishes.

I would wet the shirt then pour a drop of dish washing liquid soap onto the chocolate stain, soak in a sink of cold water for about an hour or so then wash it as usual., in cool water.
      Hot water sets the stains.
      Good Luck!

Wash it in COLD, not hot water. Soak it in the washer with detergent and OxiClean. Let the washer agitate and then soak, repeating this process for a few hours. Then allow the shirt to go through the entire wash cycle.
