Like untoasted bread vs. toasted bread— which one has more nutritional value, which one has less calories, and which one is just better health wise in general?

or are they both just the same?

nutritional wise both are the same, but many studies have suggested that toasted bread is better since the toasted portion of the bread cleans out the stomach and intestine. The burned portions of the bread absorbed chemicals and particles that are bad for your stomach

I’ve read about the chemical acclaimed in foods, and how it increases when food is toasted, roasted or grilled. In bread, in it increases if it is toasted or grilled.

When it comes to or daily food choices, I think it is wise to learn about what we put in our mouths. Whole food advocates would not only take your approach to untoasted breads, but they would consume high quality breads.

The link below discusses the nutritional element of different kinds of breads, ie: whole grain vs processed, and the cancerous link to acrylamide, in production and post consumer preparation. I hope you find some valuable health and nutritional information here.
