Like if the guy is uncircumcised and he pulls back the foreskin, underneath it there is like a white substance around the head? Just around the head? Does not showering on time because of long working hours have anything to do with this?

if he showers and washes UNDER his foreskin each day, you shouldnt see any cheese.
but i must once again say - only if he washes properly.

No. After only 24 hours there should be no cheese. Your dude isn’t taking care of himself. Gross!

No. That is a buildup of dirt, oil, and who knows what kind of microorganisms. one of the main reasons why guys are circumsized in the first place…to prevent infection. It is very important to wash under the flip side..

Poor hygiene is a major factor for an unmaintained penis

it just means he needs to clean more often. if he goes too long than his penis could get infected

not routinely normal but some guys have that issue.

it's just dead skin cells and also exists in the folds of the vagina, so how often do you see smegma?
with proper hygeine smegma does happen, only 4/7 uncircumcised guys ever get smegma, 2/7 circumcised guys do
I was circumcised at infancy and as a kid when I was a little less hygienic then i am now I got smegma
