  Of the 4 you offered, I prefer Greek food. I have lived in Italy and Greece and I have visited Mexico. I haven't made it to China, though. I love Chinese food and it would be my 2nd choice of these.

  If I had to chose one of those, I'd say Italian.
  But my favorite is Indian.

  I'm very familiar with Greek, Mexican and Italian foods however I can't take the spices the Chinese use. The garlic, etc. I would say the Greek, love it.

  REAL AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD ! Not the type you get in those fast food chinese places that people think is chinese food
  after that is Italian food……
  if I have to go on in sequence then greek and after Mexican

  Italians use more Garlic then chinese and without the chinese
  marco polo would not of brought the idea of pasta to Italy .Secondly just like Italian food chinese food is very different from regions
