  a tortoise will not lay eggs if the conditions are not right have you changed the soil or substrate or maybe there has been a change in temp and you have not noticed it but the tortoises have sorry honey i can not think why your tortoises are not laying, have you been watching them to see if a bigger male is chasing the smaller ones off the females, it is best to keep breeding tortoises in pairs or trios, one male to only one or two females they need to be of the same roughly the same age as well
