So, today I was 13 days late, tomorrow will be 14. This cd 60 of a 43-46 day cycle. I took a pregnancy test 12 days late using first morning urine of course. I’ve been using dollar tree tests, and bought a two pack of first response rapid results. I used one at 7 days late at it was negative. I’m scared It’s going to be a negative, and ill have to go to my doctor. I’m nervous that ill get my period the day I go in lol I feel stupid ya know? and I don’t know if testing tomorrow would still be too early if I tested negative 2 mornings prior. Should I use first response or a dollar tree one tomorrow? I kinda don’t want to waste it if it might be too soon. I’m tired of seeing BFN’s, with no period. This waiting game is getting really old 14 days after my period was supposed to be here. If it’s negative, I just don’t know how I’ll be able to think positively.
phew. Sorry girlies, I feel better now.. lol I've been having lots of emotional outbursts like that… lol I'm quite embarassed.
Yeah I ovulated =) and all my hormones were just checked and made sure I don't have anything wrong with my ovaries. And I temp. =) My last period was Aug.16th, Ovulated Sept.17th, and was expecting AF oct.1st. I had a small dot of blood mixed with urine on Sept. 28th and never saw it again. I had a little brown when I whiped for 2-3 days. Nothing on the panty liners. Off and on cramping since then, mild.
I didn't ask if dollar tree tests were as accurate. I just always use too many drops of pee and think i'm doing it wrong vrs just peeing on the stick. lol

I know the feeling. I really think you might be pregnant. Either your hormons levels are not high enough for the test to detected them or the test is too cheap (altough I’ve heard this isn’t supposed to affect the results but you never know). Don’t drink any liquids at least 2 hours before to go to bed the night before of taking the test. Dont’drink anything before the test. If it is still negative, try with a better test. If not… you will have to take a blood test. Good luck. Baby Dust**********

i know how frustrated it is for you.take test tomorrow.if it is negative go
to doctor and ask for blood test .atleast you will get a clear cut answer

Dollar Tree tests are just as accurate as the pricey ones, they measure the same hormone. Actually some of the no name brands measure a lower amount than the name brand ones! Lots of babydust your way!

I say test tomorrow morning with whichever test you want. (I’ve had so many disappointing BFN’s too so I understand the disheartening feeling) Definitely don’t feel stupid about going to the doctor for the blood test. If your doctor knows you’ve been ttc, they should be compassionate about this. Baby dust to you…

Are you charting to verify that you ovulated? What makes you certain that you ovulated? I say that because in the past my cycles have run anywhere from 28-105 days. But I knew there was no need to test on my cycles that were 105 days because I knew all along I was having annovulatory cycles.
If you are certain that you ovulated, then you should allow up to 15 days after ovulation. This part of the cycle is called the Lutheul Phase and is normally 12-15 days long for different women. So really you aren’t late until 15 or 16 days after ovulation.
I completely understand how saddening and depressing a BFN test can be. Can you answer my questions?
