I'm 6'3, 215lbs - I'm not trying to spend the whole summer doing ab crunches, and checking my diet, just to lose the extra fat on my stomach.
( in order to tone up, I know I have no choice but to exercise )
The thought alone gets on my nerves, because I'm toned everywhere else.
My arms are fine for a tall skinny guy, my legs/thighs are kind of strong could use a little more toning, so I'm jogging to take care of that. Nothing major. Then my stomach looks like it doesn't belong to me ~hahaa
What can I do about this small, yet big problem ?
( everytime I'm sitting in my house, with my shirt off, I look directly at my stomach … I'm kind of subconscious about it, and I've never felt that way about anything )

I dont like beer bellies. You don't look like you have a bad one but if you are worried you should do some crunches, or situps. Cardio doesn't hurt either
