LG Chocolate 2 Issues..?

I’ve had my phone for about a year and a half now. it’s the second version of the chocolate. I have been having a lot of issues and wondering if anyone else has; as well. My issues are, it turns off when it wants, sometimes people on the phone can’t hear me (the mic in the phone stops working), and when i go into camera mode, it freezes the phone up and i have to remove the battery. The other thing about the camera mode is the camera is upside for some reason, and no options are set on the phone to make it do that. Anyone else agree?

      Call warranty exchange. If you are still under warranty you can get another phone from them.
