    Yellowtail makes a bunch of different reds and whites, they are cheap and good!

    Pinot Noir by CAVIT is the most balanced red wine that I have ever tasted! I am hooked (;

    Cotes Du Rhone is the easiest red to drink in the world and usually can't be bad, origin=France

    Chablis is a delicate white also from france that you must try, as is Vouvray (slightly more fruity)

    Winking Owl is a good one to try. I was skeptical at first, because it's so inexpensive (alright…. it's cheap), but it's really good. I pay about $5 per bottle.

    My favorite right now is Barefoot, they are really inexpensive but have a great taste, 13% alcohol, they've won over 30 awards in the past few years. Highly recommend.

    I've heard Yellowtail is good as well.

    white zinfandel is the best no matter what name brand and no matter what flavor as long as it is white zinfandel

    if there is a wine store in your town ask them for help. they will always have good inexpensive wine thats not mass produced and will taste much better than yellowtail or those other grocery store cash cows. yellowtail and fetzer are sold for around $10 a bottle and bought by the stores for about a buck.

    I drink reds and dry whites, so I can't say anything about the White Zin. I am told that Beringer(sic) is the best producer of that variety.
    The French Chardonnays are considered the best in the world. They are produced in the Burgundy region. There are many producers and the wine is usually named after the village producing it. Some of my favorites are:
    Simple whites like Chablis, Pouilly-Fuisse and St.-Veran and a more complex wine like Meursault.
    With Merlot, I drink one from Italy but the best are mostly from
    California, Chili, New York and Washington State.
    The best thing to do while shopping for wine is to always buy what you know you like and always look and try something new.

    My fave is made by Thousand Islands Winery in upstate New York. It's called "Seaway Blues" and is actually made from blueberries. SO GOOD!!!

    Sutter Home white zin is tasty and fruity - Yellowtail makes excellent Merlot and Cabernet as well as blends (Cabernet/Shiraz etc) - Barefoot makes a great Chardonnay and bubbly also - all at great affordable prices too.
