i have already lost 14 pounds and i want to lose more.
breakfast is vegetables and milk then lunch is salad with tacos,
then dinner rice and meat but very little plus fruits.
after dinner would be cycling for 30 minutes.
but even if i eat more or junk food, i don’t gain any pounds.
so how can i lose 20 more pounds? thanks.
hehe thats why i said quite a vegetarian already.

If you’re eating meat for dinner, you’re not a vegetarian.
But, if you’ve already lost 14 pounds after you changed your diet, just keep it up and soon you will lose another 20. You may have to restrict your calorie intake as you go, but pretty much keep doing what you’re doing if it works for you.
