Olive Garden is 100% better. Mac Grill is bad.

My friends have said the Macaroni Grill is pretty bad but I've never eaten there. I really like Olive Garden, myself.

Both are terrible. Try Cesa's in NYC.

Truthfully…i would rather go hungry…neither of these are "true authentic italian" but we all know that don't we….I'm critical because i'm sicilian, and to me, both of them are a disgrace.

Macaroni Grill is good but very expensive. I prefer Olive Garden.

Neither of those assembly line 'restaurants' feature real Italian food. They are like the McDonalds of Italian food!

Ugh. Neither. I'd rather eat at home if those are my two options for 'Italian' food.

Ive eaten at both restaurants and find myself going back to them.I love the Ramanos Macaroni Grill for their very tasty Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach,Mozzarella Cheese and smothered in a Caramel Sauce.Them are so delicious .When I go to Olive Gardens I love their Grilled Shrimp Platter with Crabmeat. Both places give enough food for two meals and yes is rather expensive at both places but well worth the money to my notion so I vote yes to both restaurants.

Neither one is really Italian food, but I'll never turn down a Sangria and a big basket of breadsticks from Ol' G.

I've been to both places. I've been to the Macoroni Grill in Deerfield(now closed) and Olive Garden(been to Illinois locations such as Lincolnwood, Gurnee, and Arlington Heights). I have to say Olive Garden is better. Yummy breadsticks!!!!

Neither. I've eaten at both. They're nothing more than fast food restaurants. I like real Italian food.
