You can get an Italian Herb mix by McCormick, among others (Lawery, Schilling), in the spice aisle
As to the Herbs De Provence:
Herbes de Provence (Provençal herbs) are a mixture of dried herbs from Provence invented in the 1970's.[1]
The mixture typically contains rosemary, marjoram, basil, bay leaf, thyme, and sometimes lavender flowers and other herbs. The proportions vary by manufacturer. Thyme usually dominates the taste produced by the herb mixture.
Herbes de Provence are mostly used to flavour grilled foods such as fish and meat, as well as vegetable stews. The mixture can be added to foods before or during cooking or mixed with cooking oil prior to cooking so as to infuse the flavour into the cooked food. They are rarely added after cooking is complete.
Herbes de Provence are often sold in larger bags than other herbs, and the price in Provence is considerably lower than other herbs.

use italian seasoning. It comes as a spice in the spice section of your food or dollar store.

"Herbs de Provence" can be purchased in the dried spices section of all grocery stores…its just a dry mixture of the most popular herbs (basil, thyme, oregano, etc.)

It is simply a blend of Italian seasonings, and you can find it on the spice aisle at your local grocery store. It will contain oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, etc.
Good luck and happy eating!

herbs de Provence:
classic blend from the south of France, the individual herbs used and their ratios vary from house to house and village to village. Our recipe comes from a French grandmother who uses Savory, Marjoram, Chervil, Thyme, Dill and Tarragon with Lavender added at your request. Use liberally in soups, stews and bean dishes whenever a taste of France is desired.

Italian herbs:
Use this blend for a quick and convenient burst of Italian inspired flavor. Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Sage and Marjoram add zest to tomato sauce for pizza or pasta. Sprinkle over chicken prior to cooking or stir into minestrone soup for a real depth of flavor.
Hopes this helps you. Good luck.
