Ok, so I’d like to give really simple and fast wine making a shot. When I say fast I mean in a week. But all the recipes I’ve seen are for measurements of 1 gallon of the juice they use. But for my first time I’d only like to make about 2 litres of it. But this means that Im not sure how much yeast to add and how much sugar to add (if any). Could anyone tell me how much they reccomend I add, and whether I just add it on day one, or should I add a little more every couple of days?
PLEASE take into account that I’m not trying to make a really nice tasting wine, I dont mind what it tastes like really at the moment, I would just like to use this as a tester.
Thanks.
