My male betta is taking care of the eggs right now and I wanted to know if there is anyway for me to clean the bottom of the tank without messing up the nest,and what should I use.

use clearn airline tubing that they sell in fish stores or petstores that are usually for pumps. Suck on it or use a turkey baster to get it to start syphoning. Then just syphon all the debris or waste at the bottom which should be bare.
