after 21 days my cockatiel eggs didn’t hatch so my dad open them and 2 were just dried up yoke and the other one had a died baby wat happened
so how do i prevent this from happening again

The same thing happened to my mothers cockateil, it could be 2 reasons either:
1.) The first egg probably was not properly fertilize by its mother
2.) The second egg probably was not provided enough warmth by its mother.

they were infertile eggs in other words they were not properly fertilized by the male . it is nothing you did.
