Sage is a great color — adds warmth but is still pretty neutral. Black or stainless appliances would fit well, too. Some of it depends on countertop colors — try to blend it all together. good luck!

I think sage should be good! I just painted one of my walls a wine colour too (the wall actually extends into the kitchen so one wall is painted in there too). What a fabulous, warm colour!
As for the colour of the appliances… I think black and silver would be lovely with the sage!
Cheers!

Sage and wine are broadly complemetary so you’ll intensify the effect of each. You could introduce some silver grey areas for relief and freshness, and silver for appliances is ideal.

you can paint your walls sage green , but I would buy white appliances instead , because later on you might get tired of the black or silver ones and the white will always fit in any decor , but that’s my opinion

I think that it would look great and the mentioned appliance color is right on. The only thing I would say is that when you pick you sage color, just use a more neutral sage as opposed to a sage with too much green.
It’s going to look great!
