Oatmeal and Rice good for skin?

November 9th, 2008 · 1 Comment

I ground some oat and rice up into a powder form. I added filtered water and mixed until a smooth consistency. I applied it as a mask and also ran a hot bath, using it to add a milk like appearance and texture. Does oat and rice have beneficial purposes for our skin? After the bath and mask, my skin felt smoother and moisturized, which is what I hoped for.
