not necessarily. I mean, a lot of fruits are but some are way high in sugar and calories. My doctor advised me not to eat grapes because they’re fattening. Try eating things like watermelon because it’s basically water. Just like celery. But… don’t eat avocado. It is pretty diet bad.

Most veggies and fruits are great on a diet but you have to watch some that are high in calories and sugar such as corn and peas.

If you are on a diet, most of the fruits and veggies are good if you eat them raw. Fruits and veggies if processed lose lot of nutrients.
Since they contain a lot of fiber, the sugar content is not a big problem and helps you with your cravings too.
